Fans Call Out The Rock For "Chugging Tequila" On TikTok
Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is obviously a man of many, many talents. Recently, he added tequila brand owner to his already extensive resume, and as it turns out, he's also pretty good at taking shots of said tequila too! The Rock posted a TikTok in response to a tequila shot challenge and tricked fans big time.
The actor "stitched" a TikTok by user @fiajames_ where she challenges people to take a shot of tequila without making a face. Obviously, The Rock was more than happy to take part in the "tequila shot challenge" with his very own Teremana tequila. Now, I consider myself an expert at taking shots of tequila...after all, practice makes perfect, but even I was downright shocked at how good The Rock was at this. He didn't even require a shot glass, he simply chugged from his own personal bottle of the stuff. And though we spotted quite a few cutaways after he took his drink, he didn't make a face! And he didn't even use a lime! Respect.
Of course, fans understandably went crazy for the video, which got 7.3 million likes just about a day after it was posted. "He is not THE ROCK he's THE MOUNTAIN," one person wrote. "Ok, well you're the rock that's not fair," another wrote. Quickly though, some fans accused him of taking shots of water, but um, this is The Rock we're talking about here! Have you seen his cheat meals? However, it turns out they were right, as the video on his Instagram uses the hashtag "bottlefullofwater." Okay, you had us fooled!! A good reminder to all of us, I guess, not to try this at home!!
After he was done taking multiple swigs from the bottle, Dwayne had a laugh and let the camera know that he was "still the peoples' champ" and encouraged everyone to enjoy their Teremana tequila.
