Apparently Wednesday's 'Jeopardy' episode should've included a spoiler alert.

Another day, another Jeopardy! controversy.

This week, the fan-favorite quiz show got itself into hot water after an apparent production error revealed the results of the match right at the beginning of the episode.

The episode in question, which aired Wednesday, March 8, featured contestants Justin Bolsen, Maya Wright and Jackson Jones in the finals of Jeopardy!'s High School Reunion Tournament. But while host Mayim Bialik was introducing the episode, the camera accidentally revealed the final results, as their dollar amount scores were clearly listed on each of their podiums.

By the end of the episode, the players' final scores matched the same numbers that were shown at the very beginning.

"An inexcusable production error," said one user on Twitter, while someone else called it a "pretty significant screwup."

"Heads must roll," someone else joked in reaction to the slip up.

Other fans were just mostly confused about the error, considering Wednesday's episode was the first day of the tournament, and the scores shown at the beginning made some viewers think they had missed the first match.

"I saw that and was like, wait, did I miss a day, is this day 2? And then saw the scores at the end and then realized they made a big oopsy," one user tweeted.

"Wow, given that this was taped months or weeks ago, you'd think they'd actually proof-view it first before putting on air,"  someone else added.

But it's definitely not the first time Jeopardy! has broadcasted an error, as sometimes accidents are just bound to happen.

Just a few months ago, host Ken Jennings inadvertently gave away the answer to one of the clues, prompting him to let out an "Oh, shit!" during the show. But at least that flub garnered a few laughs from the contestants.
