Stefani attained celebrity status through her involvement as a co-founder, lead singer and songwriter of No Doubt, the pop rock band she joined in 1986. Their rise to success came with the release of their hit album Tragic Kingdom in 1995.

Throughout the 90s and early 2000s, Stefani became a prominent figure in alt-rock music due to her dynamic vocals, commanding stage presence, and distinctive fashion sense. She frequently sported colorful hair and favored smokey, vampy, and grungy makeup styles (as seen above).

In the mid to late 2000s, Stefani sported a lot of Old Hollywood-esque looks with platinum blonde, voluminous curly tresses and lots of winged eyeliner moments and fiery, bright red lipstick hues. The video portrayed her childhood, adolescence, 90s stardom, and a current clip capturing her at the age of 53. Beneath the July 25th post's comment section, some commenters wrote that they believed she "looked different" without her alleged lip fillers, as well.

This also isn’t the first time that fans have thought that Stefani got lip fillers or injections, as she has previously sported a seemingly fuller and more noticeable pout in posts for her 17.1 million followers.

In the background of her heartwarming throwback video, Stefani used the poignant track, “What Was I Made For?” by Billie Eilish from the Barbie movie soundtrack. Fans were divided in the comment section, as many stressed just how "stunning" she still looks now, as others noted that she "didn’t need" any plastic surgery that she allegedly got done.

"Wow, you look so different? What changed?" one commented as another replied: "lip fillers?" Regardless, someone else added: "The evolution of a true beauty." Another wrote: "You have been beautiful since day one."

Despite ongoing rumors regarding the "Luxurious" singer's use of lip fillers and plastic surgery, she has not made any official statements on the matter.

Nonetheless, it is undeniable that she continues to radiate the same level of beauty she possessed in photographs from the early stages of her career!
