A Fan Stole Billie Eilish’s Ring During a Concert, and Naturally, Billie Was Pissed

• Naturally, Billie was pissed and gave the fan a piece of her mind!

Any true fan of Billie Eilish’s knows that if you roll up to one of her legendary concerts, some sh*t is bound to go down. There was that one time when Billie rocked so hard, she broke not one but two ankles (she’s just fine now, thankfully!) and that time she dished on her super-awkward first-kiss story. But now, one of Billie’s concerts has become memorable for a not-so-great reason: A fan had the nerve to steal one of Billie’s personal belongings!

At the Austin City Limits Music Festival this weekend, Billie performed her smash-hit single “Ocean Eyes.” As she was singing, Billie went down to the crowd so fans at the front of the pit could touch her and hug her before she made her way back to the stage—you know, regular fan things! Thankfully, Billie made it back to the stage in one piece, courtesy of her security guards. But unfortunately, one of Billie’s items did not.

Once she got back to the stage, Billie made an announcement: “Somebody stole my fucking ring!” she said. “I guess that’s my fault.” Then Billie gave the culprit some sound advice. “Keep that shit. Take care of that shit. You okay though? Are you okay? Are you crushed? No? Okay, I am.” Poor Billie!

If you could believe, fans in the crowd started chanting “GIVE IT BACK,” as if the thief would really just fork it over after being publicly embarrassed by their idol. Despite that, Billie maintained her cool. “The ring is gone for good,” she said after the fans started chanting. “It’s okay, don’t worry about it. Whoever has that sh*t, though, take care of it, okay.”

Welp, let’s hope Billie’s next ring doesn’t get snatched by another fan at her next concert!
