Family of Skunks Crossing the Street Is Unexpectedly Adorable
Whenever we see, or more likely smell, a skunk we run in the other direction. Because well, if you've ever had the unfortunate situation of getting sprayed by one, you know the horribleness that comes with it. We're talking days of unbearable smell.
But despite what we believe about skunks, they're actually pretty adorable animals. Some people even have pet skunks. And after watching this clip from TikTok user @chrissieladale22 we now know why they would make cute furry companions.

Stop it! This is actually one of the most precious things we've ever seen. And you can bet your bottom dollar we would've been giggling just like this TikToker over the precious baby skunks. You don't see this every day!
I've luckily never been close enough to get sprayed by a skunk, but I can't say the same for my partner and our dog. One night he was coming home late from studying for a final exam. When he returned he still had to take the dog out on a walk before getting maybe a couple hours of sleep. But as luck would have it, he spotted a skunk on his walk. He immediately stepped in front of our dog to protect him and well, you can probably guess what happened. Don't worry, he still went in for his final exam the next morning. The teacher made him take it in a separate room. LOL!
He tried every trick in the book to get rid of skunk odor - tomato juice, milk, endless showers. Yet, he was stuck with the smell for days. Other methods people have used before include mouthwash, Coca-Cola, and white vinegar, but if you're even unsure how to get rid of the smell on your fur babies, ask your vet for the best course of action.
