A New York City condo owned by Clive Davis has just been listed to the tune of $6.3 million.

The Grammy Award-winning music executive is selling a spacious apartment at The Rushmore, a 43-story high-rise in the Lincoln Square neighborhood on the Upper West Side. The 4,400-square-foot spread comprises six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a whopping 66 feet of unobstructed Hudson River views. According to the 91-year-old record producer, his daughter Lauren, an entertainment attorney, occupied the palatial pad. “My daughter Lauren and her family lived at 80 Riverside Boulevard for years, and she loved the building and its services,” Davis told Robb Report.

The single-floor stunner opens to a sprawling chef’s kitchen decked out with dark wood cabinets, white quartzite counters, and an array of top-of-the-line appliances from Miele, Sub-Zero, and Viking. Plus, it has a massive island, a wine cooler, and a large pantry. The kitchen flows directly into the formal dining area, which can comfortably seat up to 15 guests. In other words, plan for lots of dinner parties. Elsewhere, the living room feels super bright and airy thanks to the oversized windows that provide views up and down the river.

In the light-filled primary suite, you’ll also enjoy direct Hudson River views but, with the added benefit of two walk-in closets, a separate sitting room that can double as an office, and a generous ensuite bathroom. The latter sports travertine flooring, a double vanity, a soaking tub, and a separate shower.

Costas Kondylis Architects designed the 269-unit building, which was built between 2006 and 2007. In terms of amenities, residents of The Rushmore have access to plenty of enviable perks: an indoor swimming pool, a fitness center, a shared rooftop terrace, and a movie theater. There’s also a 24-hour doorman and an on-site concierge. Taxes and common charges for Davis’s condo tally up to about $13,000 per month.

The property is co-listed with Gina Sabio of Christie’s International Real Estate and the Mohr-Schriefer Team of Sotheby’s International Realty.
