It's Halloween in Patience which means more than tricks and treats on Resident Alien! In "The Alien Within", Harry (Alan Tudyk) continues his search for the alien baby and decides to enlist Sahar's help (Gracelyn Awad Rinke) in an unusual way. You'll never guess who finds the alien baby first.
With Kate (Meredith Garretson) by his side, Ben (Levi Fiehler) tries to sell the town on the new resort but many are not buying into it.

Meanwhile, Deputy Liv (Elizabeth Bowen) and the Sheriff (Corey Reynolds) look deeper into the connection between Hawthorne Creek and what made so many of Dr. Hodges (Jan Bos) patients ill while Liv also tries to egg on a love connection between the Sheriff and Jessup's Detective Lena Torres (Nicola Correia-Damude)
