'The Real Housewives of New Jersey' star mocked her colleague, Teresa Giudice, in a recent interview.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey's Jennifer Aydin and Bill Aydin haven't had a picture-perfect marriage, but after 20 years, the two have managed to keep their relationship strong.

Last season, viewers saw the Aydins confront rumors that Bill, 44, was previously caught cheating with a former co-worker while Jennifer, 45, was nine months pregnant with their fourth child. It wasn't a proud moment, but it wasn't anything the couple hadn't already worked out privately.

"This is nothing that I haven’t spoken about with him,” Jennifer told fellow co-stars Teresa Giudice and Dolores Catania during the second episode of Season 12 of the Bravo hit. "This happened 10 years ago. I’m over it.”

Aydin also recounted the experience during the Season 12 Reunion, telling host Andy Cohen that divorce wasn't what the couple wanted and that they chose to give their relationship another shot for their family

The two also vowed to never speak of the devastating incident again, but willful ignorance isn't the only secret to their long-standing marriage.

We met up with Jennifer at BravoCon this past weekend and asked her how she feels about her husband being so popular with fans and his patients and what she believes the key to a long-last marriage is.

"I prefer everyone love him–it makes my life so much easier!" the mother of five told Parade.

"You know how they say, 'Happy wife, happy life,'" Aydin asked–teasing her co-star Giudice's former catchphrase–before continuing, "I say, 'Happy spouse, happy house!'"

The playful shade comes just two months after Giudice tied the knot with now-husband Luis Ruelas, a celebration that Aydin attended. The subtle snub was all in good fun–or at least, so we hope.

Aydin then shared some wise words for encouraging a successful marriage, "You always have to respect each other, no matter what happens."

"You lose love, you lose lust, but don't ever lose respect because the minute you lose respect and check out, then it's over."

Aydin also acknowledged the difficulty of maintaining long-term relationships, hinting at the rough patch she hit with Bill a decade ago.

"I know 'cause I lived through it," she admitted. "It's not always black and white, and not the same formula always works for everybody; you gotta do you, so learn your spouse, and try to navigate through it."

Clearly, this Real Housewife knows a thing or two about reconciliation as the couple celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary this past August
