Donna Carpenter was joined by Chris Grenier, pro snowboarder and host of the Bomb Hole podcast, alongside Mary Walsh, who has a million titles and does a million things and has been in the game for a long time. In 2010, Donna took the role of President of Burton Snowboards, and then went on to become Burton’s first female CEO. Donna today continues to be a strong climate activist, speaking up on behalf of sustainability efforts as well as advocating for more diversity on the mountain and in board rooms.
