Exclusive: Get Hayley Paige’s Engagement Ring and Proposal Details

Hayley Paige now has a bit more sparkle in her life. The wedding dress designer got engaged to boyfriend Conrad Louis this week in St. John in the Virgin Islands, and the ring design process was a rather sweet reflection of the couple’s love story.

“When it comes to rings, Hayley likes three things,” Louis tells The Knot exclusively. “She likes originality, she likes sparkle—including shades of pink, and she wants to stack her rings.”

Paige’s boyfriend of one year took these notes and customized a piece with Hearts On Fire, landing with an intricate design resembling the sun. “These were my primary inspirations in designing this celestial gem with the Hearts On Fire team,” he adds.

Louis pulled a few styles from his girlfriend’s very own Hearts On Fire collection, combining the Behati Say It Your Way Engagement Ring with a rounded band shape from the Behati Silhouette Power Band. The result was something special and something rose gold for the love of his life.

“There was something so thoughtful and loving about Conrad’s desire to capture Hayley’s spirit in an engagement ring,” says the brand’s senior manager of product development and design, Mae Polson. “I’m honored I was able to play a part in bringing his vision to life.”

This weekend, Louis proposed to Paige at the luxe Solenborg Estate on the island’s north side. The model came prepared not only with the ring, but also with photographer Tropical Bandi.

“Had to go see about a girl…” Louis wrote in one of his captions. “Hayley thought this was just a promo photo shoot.”

Paige added on Instagram, “I’ve found someone who refuses to let me be anything but myself 💍 @conradlouis you are the most thoughtful, creative, loving, and loyal man. You burn for life and you burn for me. I’ve never felt more inspired.”
