The Apple Watch Series 9 may have a complicated availability history, but one of Amazon’s newest deals just brought one of the wearable’s best versions to a new record-low price. This is a limited-time sale, though, and 17% of the discounted units have already been sold as of this writing.

So, for those who have been waiting to upgrade to the best smartwatch, we need to highlight this excellent configuration. This 41mm version offers a gorgeous stainless steel body, durable sapphire crystal display and cellular connectivity. That means you can leave your phone behind on walks and workouts and still make calls, text, stream audio and access important safety functionality.

According to the price-tracking tool CamelCamelCamel, this model has dipped below $500 six times, including at launch. Most of the time, though, it’s been well above $600.

In fact, this is the model my dad and I got my mom for Christmas this year, except she thought aluminum was good enough. And to answer the question she had, yes, this Apple Watch Series 9 packs all the blood oxygen measurement techniques that Apple’s not allowed to sell anymore due to ongoing patent dispute issues.
