Jessica Alba, 41, is is working up a sweat this week. And luckily she’s shared all of the details for her followers.

The actress showed us how to jumpstart a week of fitness when she posted a fun reel to IG, featuring Beyoncé’s "Break My Soul" over her workout routine.

“Sharing some #mondaymotivation 💪🏽🏋🏽♀️ i’ve been working with my girl @ramonabraganza to try and get back on my ish - it ain’t easy, but we’re doing it! if you’re game, try out the below & lmk what you think 😜,” Jessica wrote.

“Let’s goo! 🔨” wrote one follower, and others called Jess their ‘inspo!’

First, in the video, we see Jessica warm up with a 30-minute bicycle workout (she took a class with Claire Jones), and then repeated a sweaty circuit three times.

Here's her full routine:

  • 30-minute cardio warm-up on a stationary bike

  • 15 reps of rows

  • 15 Bulgarian squats on each leg with a small jump (the jump is optional for those following along at home!)

  • 10 reps of chest presses

  • 10 ab crunches with sliders (5 reps on each side)

  • And ended it with a nice stretch!

Also, her candle situation during the stretch portion of this workout looks truly delightful.

Jessica has been showing off her sculpted abs and arms for years, and with workouts like this, it’s no surprise the actress is fit AF.

But as a mom, her workout time has a little more wiggle room than it used to, she told People. “As I’ve gotten older and after I became a mom, it became more of a priority to be healthy for the right reasons,” Alba told the magazine. “It’s more important to have a balanced approach instead of trying to be perfect.”

Now, the actress works out 2 to 4 times a week—and clearly makes it count.

“I always thought, 'I need to sweat out my weight in water, I need to have muscle failure, I need to feel like I just ran a marathon.' That’s how hard I needed to work out,” she told Women’s Health in 2020. But once the coronavirus pandemic closed gyms across the United States and beyond, Alba realized she could chill a bit.

“I’ve learned to mix it up and not feel like a failure if I’m not, you know, killing myself,” she said, adding that sometimes a “workout” can be going on a walk and listening to a podcast.

The Honest Beauty founder also is sure to pamper herself.

“At the very least on the weekends, I make sure that I give myself a mini facial and I take a bath—that’s my peaceful moment,” she told WH. “I wasn’t really doing that as much before. I was just sort of letting one day run into the next.”

Balance—you love to see it!
