Everything to Know About Kendall Jenner’s Super-Sexy NBA Player Boyfriend, Devin Booker

If it hasn’t been made clear by now, Kendall Jenner is notoriously private when it comes to her love life. While she’s been known to date some famous faces in the past (could we ever forget her romance with one Harry Edward Styles?), her romance with NBA hunk Devin Booker is today’s agenda item.

The supermodel finally confirmed their romance thanks to a Valentine’s Day IG Story. Oh, and if that’s not enough for you, a week later she was seen cheering Devin on from the arena stands at a Phoenix Suns basketball game.

Since these two have gotten more and more serious lately, it’s time to get to know the man who stole Kendall’s heart. We’ve got the deets, below!

Devin plays for the NBA.

He is a native of Grand Rapids, Michigan, and basketball runs in his family: His father, Melvin, was the 1994 Big Eight Conference Player of the Year during his time in college. While Dad never managed to make the big leagues, he instilled the love of the game in his son, who was eventually drafted as a shooting guard to the Phoenix Suns in 2015. Love a family history moment!

He’s a literal Olympian.

Devin competed in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics on the U.S. men’s basketball team and won GOLD! Pretty impressive, amirite?

Devin and Kendall have been boo’d up since April 2020.

The couple initially sparked rumors of a romance when they were seen driving from L.A. to Arizona together. While it was reported at the time that they were just friends, by early summer 2020, the tune changed from platonic to “hooking up.” But Kendall, being as awesome as she is, had plenty of options. According to Us Weekly, she reportedly had a few guys pursuing her at the same time.

He has a past with Jordyn Woods.

Eep! If there’s anyone who seems to be persona non grata to the Kardashians, it’s Kylie Jenner’s former BFF. Devin and Jordyn supposedly were a thing back in 2018 right before the whole Tristan Thompson situation, but it obviously did not last. When rumors began to swirl about Kendall and Devin, Jordyn’s reaction was to write a since-deleted tweet.

Devin has a bromance with a famous rapper.

Devin and Drake are actually pretty close friends. They’re so close that the NBA star is even name-dropped on the Drake and Travis Scott track “Sicko Mode”: “See the shots I took / Wet like I’m Book.” And if that’s not enough, Devin also made a cameo in the music video for Drake’s song “Chicago Freestyle.”

Aside from the coolness factor, Devin is actually extremely appreciative of his friendship with the rapper. As he told NBA.com, “Drake’s my guy. We were just in Toronto recently, and he looked out for me. Drake’s a good guy. He’s like a big brother to me.”
