Everything Rihanna Has Said About Her Second Baby With A$AP Rocky

In case you had quite literally no access to the internet this month, lemme inform you: RIHANNA IS PREGNANT! And she announced her and rapper A$AP Rocky's happy baby news during her show-stopping halftime performance at the 2023 Super Bowl roughly nine months after the birth of their first child (a son) back in March 2022.

During the set, Rihanna sent the internet into a frenzy after tenderly cradling what fans now know to be her baby bump. However, before the announcement was made via her reps confirming the baby news, the tweets were truly something:

Rihanna is absolutely pregnant with baby #2, for starters

Mid-Super Bowl performance, there was quite a bit (read: a lot) of chatter because it seemed as though the entire internet was playing the game of, “Is she or isn't she?” While Rihanna was suspended on a platform in the air, she stared into the camera and rubbed her belly, but she didn't exactly confirm she was pregnant (and let's be honest, it is very rude to speculate.)

It was only after the show that fans learned the singer not only rehearsed but performed an entire Super Bowl set while pregnant with baby number two after her reps confirmed the news to Rolling Stone.

The celeb's manicurist, Kimmie Kyees, also blessed the Navy with a sweet video montage on Instagram that featured behind-the-scenes images and clips of Rihanna's style prep for the big day.

Hindsight is 20/20 when it comes to the entire iconic pregnancy announcement. Just before the Super Bowl when the singer was interviewed by the CBS Mornings host Nate Burleson, she said she was bringing a “special guest” out during her halftime performance. At the time, this conjured guesses like Eminem or even Jay-Z (who was actually at the sporting event IRL), but no one guessed she was actually talking about her pregnancy!

Rihanna and A$AP haven't revealed their second baby's name just yet...

...Which is expected since we still don't even know the name of her first child! Just a few days ago, the singer's dad low-key confirmed that fans may not know for a while in an interview with Page Six. During the convo, he dished that not only has Rihanna has gone through a “few names” for her first boy but, “She’ll have my head if I tell you!” 'Kay, you gotta respect it!
