Your favorite adolescent reptilian heroes are set to return to theaters this summer with the release of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem on Aug. 4, 2023. The new animated film features a new depiction of the turtles, who are being voiced by actual teenagers this time. Based on the name and massive cast list for TMNT: Mutant Mayhem, the movie will likely feature the titular turtles taking on a army of mutated creatures to save New York City.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem will release in theaters on Aug. 4, 2023. The film will likely have a full theatrical run before a streaming date is announced.

Who is in the TMNT: Mutant Mayhem cast?
The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles themselves will be voiced by newcomers. Nicolaus Cantu will voice Leonardo, Shamon Brown Jr. will voice Michaelangelo, Micah Abbey will voice Donatello and Brady Noon will portray Raphael. Each of the turtles is being voiced by a teenage actor for the first time in the franchise's history.

Hannibal Buress as Genghis Frog
Comedian Hannibal Buress voices Genghis Frog. As his name would suggest, he is a mutated frog named after Genghis Khan.
Rose Byrne as Leatherhead
Rose Byrne voices Leatherhead. The character is a mutated alligator who, like the turtles, was exposed to ooze. This is the first time the villain will be voiced by a woman.

John Cena as Rocksteady
Seth Rogen as Bebop
John Cena voices Rocksteady and Seth Rogen will voice Bebop. The two characters are classic TMNT villains and are typically depicted as human thugs who have been mutated into a rhino and warthog. They're also depicted, usually, as quite dimwitted.

Jackie Chan as Splinter
Jackie Chan voices Splinter, the Turtles' master. Based on the first trailer, this depiction of Splinter will be slightly more youthful than other versions.
Ice Cube as Superfly
Ice Cube voices Superfly. As his name suggests, his character is a mutated fly.
Natasia Demetriou as Wingnut
Natasia Demetriou voices Wingnut. Unlike many of the other Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles villains, Wingnut isn't a mutant, but is instead an alien that looks like a bat. (If her voice sounds familiar, it's because she stars in the criminally underrated and hilarious What We Do In the Shadows as Nadja.)

Ayo Edebiri voices April O'Neil. In this film, April appears to be about the same as the turtles and is still in school. Edebiri recently had a breakout role in The Bear.
Giancarlo Esposito as Baxter Stockman
Giancarlo Esposito is voicing Baxter Stockman. Traditionally, Stockman is a mad scientist who develops turtle and rat-catching robots before being mutated into a human fly.
Post Malone as Ray Filet
Post Malone voices Ray Filet. The character is traditionally depicted as a man who has been mutated into a manta ray.
Paul Rudd as Mondo Gecko
Paul Rudd voices Mondo Gecko. Once again, as the name suggests, this is a mutant gecko.
Maya Rudolph as Cynthia Ultrom
Maya Rudolph voices a character named Cynthia Utrom. The Utrom's are an alien race of brain-like creatures, the most infamous of which is Krang.
Is there a TMNT: Mutant Mayhem movie trailer?
Paramount released the first trailer for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem in early March 2023. The trailer doesn't reveal much of the story, and instead focuses on showing off the more youthful depiction of the turtles. Spoiler alert: They're really adorable.
Is the TMNT: Mutant Mayhem movie streaming?
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem is scheduled to release to theaters on Aug. 4, 2023. It currently does not have a streaming date, although it will likely be available on Paramount+ once the film's theatrical run is complete.
