With the ongoing success of Netflix’s Selling Sunset, it’s no surprise spinoffs of the luxe real estate reality show are in full swing. We first saw a new version on the East Coast with Selling Tampa, and now we can finally indulge in Selling the OC. Naturally, we’ve dug up everything there is to know about the new show, so you can be well-prepped for another dose of incredible homes and endless coworker drama.

First, what is Selling the OC about?

Unlike Selling Tampa—which follows a completely different brokerage called Allure RealtySelling the OC is more directly connected to Selling Sunset in that it follows The Oppenheim Group’s expansion with a second office in Newport Beach, California. Jason Oppenheim, the owner of the brokerage, will lead the way as we watch an all-new real estate team show off lavish oceanfront listings in Orange County and engage in some friendly (and potentially not-so-friendly!) competition.

Who stars in the show?

Along with Jason, Selling the OC will feature 11 new faces fighting to become real estate royalty—meaning you may have to pay close attention and catch on quick. There are three Alexandras to keep track of. There are also several models, and the group of realtors isn’t all female. If the juicy trailer is any indication, the show boasts a Selling Sunset framework with Bachelor in Paradise energy.

The cast includes Alexandra Hall, Alexandra Jarvis, Alexandra Rose, Tyler Stanaland, Polly Brindle, Lauren Shortt, Kayla Cardona, Gio Helou, Brandi Marshall, Sean Palmieri, and Austin Victoria. You can learn more about each realtor here.

Will any Selling Sunset stars make a cameo?

It's doubtful we'll see any of the OGs, but Heather Rae El Moussa is listed as an agent at The Oppenheim Group's Newport Beach location. Jason actually enlisted her to help launch the new office, so there's speculation she might appear. There's also a chance Chrishell Stause may be on the spinoff as she may have been dating Jason at the time of filming. But don't hold your breath!

When is the release date?

The eight-episode show premieres on Netflix on August 24, 2022.

If you want to give yourself a little teaser before diving into the show, go back and rewatch the end of Selling Sunset's season four when some of the new cast members of Selling the OC appeared at The Oppenheim Group work party (yes, the one where Christine Quinn and Mary Fitzgerald got into a major fight).
