Everything We Know About ‘Party Down’ Season 3 So Far

Somebody pinch us, because we still can’t believe that Adam Scott and the rest of the Party Down gang are making a comeback after more than a decade.

That’s right, Starz confirmed in 2021 that Party Down season 3 is officially a go, and lucky for us, we don’t have to wait much longer for new episodes. But in case you need a quick recap: The series revolves around a group of aspiring Hollywood actors who work at a Los Angeles catering company. Each episode follows the team as they cater a different event, ranging from preschool fundraisers to Sweet Sixteens. And now, fans get to catch up with the team several years later. 1. What is ‘Party Down’ season 3 about?

Set ten years after the events of season two, the new episodes will continue to follow the Party Down catering team—although many of them have moved on from the company, including Henry. When the group has a surprise reunion, it doesn’t take too long for history to repeat itself. The official logline reads, “The gang find themselves once again stoically enduring the procession of random parties and oddball guests all over Los Angeles.” Bring on the confetti.

2. Who is in the cast of Party Down season 3?

Scott will reprise his role as Henry, alongside original cast members Ken Marino, Jane Lynch, Martin Starr, Ryan Hansen and Megan Mullally. According to Deadline, Lizzy Caplan, who played Casey Klein, will not return for season three.

New additions to the cast include Yes Day star Jennifer Garner, Tyrel Jackson Williams and Zoë Chao. Dead to Me actor James Marsden will also have a recurring role. But aside from the main cast, the show will feature several guest stars, like include Quinta Brunson, Dan Bakkedah, Liv Hewson, Fran Kranz, Ki Hong Lee, Lyric Lewis, Bobby Moynihan, Nick Offerman, Judy Reyes and Calum Worthy.

3. When does Party Down season 3 premiere?

The six-episode season will drop on STARZ streaming platforms on Friday, February 24, so mark your calendar.
