While no specific date has been announced, we do know that Outlander Season 7 will drop sometime in summer 2023.

Season 7 of Outlander is going to be a "supersized" one with a whopping 16 episodes—twice as many as Outlander Season 6! Granted, Season 6 was shortened because of the COVID-19, but it's still pretty exciting.
