It was love at first sight on January 15, 2005.
Nicole and Keith first locked eyes on each other during the 2005 G’Day USA gala. Even though they both caught each other's attention rather quickly, Nicole will tell you that she could not tell if Keith was into her! That's definitely hard to imagine, given they are both famous in their own right, but it's true! “I remember thinking, I had such a crush on him, and he wasn’t interested in me,” Nicole once said. Though, Keith has a bit of a different story. “I swear to you, she glided across the room, floated," he once told Oprah." I don’t know how she did it. It was out of this world and there was a split moment where she wasn’t with anybody, and I thought, ‘I’ll just go up and say hi.’”
They got married on June 25, 2006.
Once you know, you know! And it's clear that Nicole and Keith were sure about their love for one another, because they got married a year and a half after meeting each other. What's even sweeter is that they ended up tying the knot back in Australia, where the two are both originally from.
Their first child was born on July 7, 2008.
Nicole and Keith welcomed their first daughter, Sunday Rose Kidman Urban, in July of 2008. Though it was the first child they shared together, Nicole had previously adopted two children in 1993 and 2001, Isabella and Connor.
Their second daughter was born on December 28, 2010.
The couple's second daughter, Faith Margaret Kidman Urban, was born in December of 2010.
