There's a new romantic comedy on the way—and you should definitely maybe add it to your watchlist!
Looking for Mr. Goodbar co-stars Diane Keaton and Richard Gere are back together onscreen in the multi-generational romantic comedy Maybe I Do. The iconic actors play a married couple, who are both having an affair, unknowingly, with their daughter's boyfriend's parents, portrayed by Susan Sarandon and William H. Macy.
Meanwhile, their respective kids, played by Holidate stars Emma Roberts and Luke Bracey, are considering marriage. The couples end up under the same roof at a dinner to technically meet for the first time, but by the looks of the trailer, things get messy ... and we're not talking about the meal!
According to the official synopsis for Maybe I Do: "Michelle (Roberts) and Allen (Bracey) have reached the point in their relationship to take the next steps toward marriage. Thinking it is a good idea to invite their parents to finally meet, a dinner is set and the games begin. To everyone’s surprise, the parents already know each other well—all too well—leading to distinct, defining and hilarious opinions about the value of marriage."

Vertical Entertainment released the official trailer for the movie on Dec. 19. "Why don't you want to meet these people," Macy's character asks Sarandon's after she says no to attending a dinner with her son's girlfriend's parents. "What could we possibly have in common?"
