Lizzo has officially embarked on her Special World Tour, performing in countries like Germany and Amsterdam. The "Truth Hurts" singer hit up the Paris stop of her tour with her man by her side. She posted a dreamy Instagram Reel kissing Myke under the glittering lights of the Eiffel Tower, as well as a photo dump including a mirror selfie with him.
February 5, 2023: Lizzo Thanks Myke in Her Grammys Acceptance Speech
Lizzo won big at the Grammys as she accepted the Record of the Year award for "About Damn Time." Per a celebratory Instagram post, Lizzo is the first Black woman to take home the award since Whitney Houston earned it for "I Will Always Love You" in 1994. "I don’t take this lightly. Thank you," she wrote in her caption.
During her speech, she thanked her idols Prince and Beyoncé, who was also up for the award. "Beyoncé, in the fifth grade I skipped school to see you perform. My sister, she got me out of school — It was literature, I'm good," she said on stage. "You changed my life. You sang that gospel medley and the way you made me feel — I was like, 'I want to make people feel this way with my music.' So thank you so much. You clearly are the artist of our lives. I love you!"
The "2 Be Loved" singer also thanked her family, including her boyfriend, Myke. While she didn't explicitly say his name, she did say "Team Lizzo, my team, my rock! Ahead of music's biggest night, the "Special" singer attended the star-studded Clive Davis Pre-Grammys Gala with her boyfriend and took photos on the red carpet together.

"I have the most genuine people around me. They don't give a s--t about Lizzo with the chain on. They care about Melissa, and everyone I'm close with has known me before all of this happened and I think that's important," Lizzo explained in an interview with The Breakfast Club. "Even the man I'm with, he knew me before all of this too. We were friends. It hit different when they knew you before 2019."
