When is The Lincoln Lawyer season 2, part 2 be about?

If you're still trying to figure out what is going to happen to Mikey next, then you don't really have to wait super long to find out. The entire season is based on the fourth book in The Lincoln Lawyer series, The Fifth Witness.

According to publisher Little, Brown and Company:

In this #1 New York Times bestselling thriller, after taking on a foreclosure case, defense attorney Mickey Haller fights to prove his client’s innocence—but first he must follow a trail of black market evidence to its sinister end.

Mickey Haller has fallen on tough times. He expands his business into foreclosure defense, only to see one of his clients accused of killing the banker she blames for trying to take away her home.

Mickey puts his team into high gear to exonerate Lisa Trammel, even though the evidence and his own suspicions tell him his client is guilty. Soon after he learns that the victim had black market dealings of his own, Haller is assaulted, too -- and he's certain he's on the right trail.

Despite the danger and uncertainty, Haller mounts the best defense of his career in a trial where the last surprise comes after the verdict is in. Connelly proves again why he "may very well be the best novelist working in the United States today" (San Francisco Chronicle).

Of course, some of this we've already seen in the series, but we're still in the middle of the season so there's still a bit left to go. At least you can always read it if you're super curious and don't want to wait.

Can we expect to see more of The Lincoln Lawyer after this?

There's no word yet if the series will be back for a third season, but considering the fact that there are seven books in the series, there are definitely more books that can be adapted. We're just hoping Netflix makes the right call and gives us more episodes!
