Everything We Know About Kylie Jenner's Skincare Line

It's the beginning of a new era.

Fans have long suspected that Kylie Jenner would eventually venture into the world of skincare, and it’s finally happened.

On Friday, May 10, the reality star and beauty designer announced the upcoming launch of KylieSkin, teasing the “vegan, cruelty free, paraben and sulfate free” collection complete with its millennial pink packaging and dewy results. The following day, Kylie unveiled the very first product in the lineup, which is also likely your very first (and super-important) step in any skincare regimen: a foaming face wash.

Never one to leave us in the dark for too long, the 21-year-old has now revealed the rest of the KylieSkin family, all of which will be available for purchase on Wednesday, May 22 at KylieSkin.com. With six pieces all under $30 each, and an option to purchase the entire set for $125, the collection seems to cover all of the essentials.

In addition to showing off the products in a perfectly posed flat lay photo on Instagram, Kylie walked her followers through each of the items on her IG story (while Stormi ate cheerios in the background). The reality star emphasized that her first collection is suitable for all skin types, but she’s going to be creating personalized skin care in the future. Each product contains its own cute pink bottle or tube, and is packaged in a sleek pink ombré box with the KylieSkin logo emblazoned on the front.

Ahead, check out everything we know so far about each item in KylieSkin’s first launch. We’ll update this post as more details become available, so make sure to set your alarms for May 22. Knowing Kylie, these will sell out faster than you can say “toner.”

Foaming Face Wash ($24)

According to Kylie’s IG stories, the Foaming Face Wash was the very first product she created in the line. “I knew exactly what I wanted,” she said on Saturday, May 11, adding that the formula is “so luxurious.” Kylie noted that of all the products in the first launch, the face wash and toner are the only ones that include an added light fragrance.

Vanilla Milk Toner ($22)

Kylie’s toner is alcohol-free, and she advises customers to use it right after rinsing with the Foaming Face Wash. “It obviously tones your skin, but also takes off the residue of makeup,” she said on Instagram, adding that the toner is also designed to reduce appearance of pores and retain the natural moisture of one’s skin.

Walnut Face Scrub ($22)

Kylie explained that the Walnut Face Scrub has no added fragrance, but it smells like natural walnuts. “It’s very gentle yet very effective,” she explained in her Insta Story, adding that the scrub contains a “cocktail of anti-inflammatory ingredients” and leaves your face feeling “super-radiant.”

Vitamin C Serum ($28)

If you can’t get enough of a good serum, you're in luck; Kylie says that this is the first of many to come. This particular product is designed to “stimulate collagen, reduce redness, and improve overall skin health.”

Eye Cream ($20)

As Kylie demonstrated on her IG Story, her eye cream has a self-applicator, making it easy to distribute the product directly onto your skin. She described it as the “ultimate recipe for your eyes,” with ingredients including green tea and pomegranate extract, caffeine, and vitamin E. No wonder Kylie’s dubbed it as her “secret to a long night out.”

Face Moisturizer ($24)

Last but not least is Kylie’s favorite product in the initial launch. “I went through several moisturizers to get to this one,” she recounted on Insta, noting that she prefers a rich consistency when it comes to a face moisturizer. “If I’m going to moisturize my face, I want it to be thick and feel like its doing something,” she explained, adding that it also contains blue light protection and is the perfect base to wear underneath makeup. “It makes your skin feel soft to the touch…it’s amazing.”
