So if you’re eager to find out everything there is to know about the cast, or just the juicy facts, we have you covered. From their career paths to their famous partners and friends, here’s what you need to know about the stars taking over Orange County real estate.

Alex Hall

A single mom and top Orange County real estate professional, Alex Hall initially declined to be on the show. After she found out a producer from Laguna Beach (one of her favortite shows!) was going to be a part of it and she had a chat with Jason Oppenheim, she changed her mind. “He basically told me I'd be stupid not to do it,” she told People of her conversation with Jason.

She also has a background in interior design, according to her O Group bio. It’s clear she’s ambitious and charming but isn’t afraid to step into the drama. Oh, and based on her Instagram, she seems to be a dog person!

Kayla Cardona

An award-winning agent who previously worked at Zillow, Kayla Cardona came to The Oppenheim Group with a mission: to build a successful career and provide for her family. She was once a homeless single teen mom, and you can learn more about her experience growing up through this podcast. When she’s not working, she also enjoys boxing, hiking, jogging on the beach, reading, and spending time with her son, per her bio. On a recent Instagram Stories Q&A, she shared that she’d love to be on Dancing With the Stars one day and her favorite house from the season is the $106 million one shown in the first episode.

Austin Victoria started his career in Los Angeles as an international model and actor before diving into real estate. He prides himself on being a good father to his adorable two kids and a loving husband to his wife Lisa Victoria, who is a fashion designer, according to her Instagram page. Based on both of their Instagram bios, it looks like they might soon be launching a clothing brand called Jayven.

Like Jason and Brett Oppenheim, Tyler Stanaland grew up in the real estate industry. He’s a fifth-generation realtor and a fourth-generation Laguna Beach native, so he’s basically selling the lifestyle he grew up in. He started working for his family brokerage—getting his sales license at 18 years old—and then pursued a successful professional surf career. He’s also married to Pitch Perfect star Brittany Snow, though she won’t be making an appearance on the show. He wanted to keep that part of his life private (for now at least!), which he revealed on the podcast Reality Life with Kate Casey.

Alexandra Rose

With “close to $100M in sales in her first 4 years as a realtor and a degree in finance and economics,” Alexandra Rose has reliable expertise and the receipts to prove it. She’s originally from Orange County, and her family moved to Dallas when she was 10 years old, according to her official bio. She moved back to Southern California to pursue her education and career. In her free time, she loves to go on outdoor adventures.

Alexandra Jarvis

Alabama native Alexandra Jarvis is a practicing attorney and relator, which means her negotiation game is strong. Before joining The O Group, she litigated business and employment law in Newport Beach. During her first year in the real estate industry, she closed nearly $40 million in sales. She also has a degree in Spanish and International Business. When she’s not closing deals, she’s “creating healthy recipes in her kitchen with her fiancé and going for long walks,” according to her official bio. She’s also friends with Selling Sunset’s Chelsea Lazkani.

Brandi Marshall

A former public relations executive, Brandi Marshall is ready to get down to business. Naturally a great communicator, she approaches the real estate industry “with passion and the desire to help individuals and families create generational wealth through the foundation of real estate ownership,” according to her O Group bio.

She’s married to Sean Marshall, who played basketball professionally overseas. She’s also a proud Girl Scout mom, an avid contributor to the ALS Foundation, and a fundraiser for Autism research.

Gio Helou

One of the first agents recruited to The O Group’s Orange County office, Gio Helou is clearly full of confidence and drive. According to his bio, he exclusively sells the best of the Newport Beach lifestyle—and he lives in it, too, so he’s just a little biased! Before getting into the luxe real estate game, he worked in residential development and was a producer on an award-winning documentary. His wife Tiffany Helou makes a few appearances on the show along with his mom Lisa Helou, who is also an agent at The O Group. Oh, and he also has an “affinity for fast cars and retro motorcycles,” per his bio.

Polly Brindle

Born in England, Polly Brindle spent more than two decades working as a model for brands like Lancôme and Dior. During that time, she lived and worked in London, Paris, Milan, and Barcelona—cities in which she developed a love of architecture and design. In 2011, she moved to Los Angeles. When studying to get her real estate license, she reached out to Jason. After meeting with him, he offered her a position at The O Group, according to People.

Sean Palmieri

Sean Palmieri started his real estate career in Miami after graduating with a degree in advertising. In 2018, the South Florida native made the move to California and joined The O Group in May of 2021, according to Tudum. As one of the quieter cast members, he leaves viewers wanting to know more. According to his official bio, he “enjoys spending time in Malibu and Laguna Beach, cooking his favorite dishes, and traveling abroad to visit family and friends.”

Lauren (Brito) Shortt

Before working in real estate, Southern California native Lauren Shortt co-owned and operated a family business in the suburbs of Los Angeles. She’s resided in Orange County for the last decade and has experience working with “an internationally ranked top 1% agent,” according to her official bio. She was working at another brokerage when the opportunity arose to work at The O Group. She told People that her biggest flex is “most definitely maintaining my sobriety throughout my career!" She also loves reading and exploring the OC with her husband Andrew T. Shortt, who's also a real estate agent, and rescue Golden Retriever named Gunner.
