Everything Coming to Netflix in February 2018

If you were hoping to spend Valentine's Day curled up on the couch with a cup of a hot cocoa and a rom-com, courtesy of Netflix, you might be a little disappointed by the streaming service's upcoming additions.

While Netflix has plenty (and I mean plenty) of romantic comedies available for viewing, it's not adding many more next month. Instead, Netflix's February 2018 arrivals include things like the American Pie franchise, the Oceans trilogy, and both Kill Bill movies. Fun? Certainly. Romantic? Not so much. But hey—if you're the kind of person who likes to opt out of the Valentine's Day industrial complex and scoff at all things lovey-dovey, you're set.

Those of you who are looking for a romantic Netflix-filled night in can cozy up with one of the four exclusive standup specials Netflix is adding in February, or you could revisit the classic Anne Hathaway film Ella Enchanted. (You could also, you know, browse Netflix's already seemingly endless library of romantic films. My favorites include How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, Moonrise Kindgom, and Carol.)
