Everyone Is Losing Their Mind Over These Photos of Harry Styles Dressed as a Mermaid

Hi, happy Friday, photos just emerged online of Harry Styles dressed as Ariel from The Little Mermaid holding champagne and smoking a cigarette. Like, he’s got gadgets and gizmos aplenty, if you will. He’s got whozits and whatzits galore!

Anyway, these images, which I can only assume are in the process of being hung in the Louvre, appear to be outtakes from Harry’s 2019 hosting gig with Saturday Night Live. Unclear why they weren’t used by the show, but god bless whoever unleashed them on Twitter. And speaking of Twitter, no one has any chill whatsoever right now:

As Page Six importantly notes, Harry got a mermaid tattooed on his arm back in 2014—and when asked about his meaning, he profoundly mused, “I am a mermaid.” Also, plz don’t forget that Harry turned down the role of Prince Eric in The Little Mermaid (as many of these tweets note). He explained at the time, “I had, you know, a meeting with Rob Marshall, the director, who is the most wonderful man, he’s great. And it was just, honestly, it was just a few things. It just, it wasn’t…erm…I think it’s gonna be amazing, obviously it’s an amazing film.”
