Every Single Detail We Know About Sophie Turner's Custom Louis Vuitton Wedding Dress

Sophie Turner wore a custom Louis Vuitton gown for her wedding—and we have all the details about it.

Just when we thought we'd seen and absorbed all the details surrounding Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas' second wedding in France on last Saturday (June 29)—the pre-wedding parties, the ceremony, the couple's first official wedding photoPeople's gone and blessed us with still more. On Friday, July 5, the magazine had the full report on just how much work went into the custom Louis Vuitton gown Turner wore for her nuptials, and let's just say it's pretty amazing.

We had our first close-up looks of the dress on Wednesday, July 3. The gown's designer, Nicolas Ghesquière, artistic director of women's collections at Louis Vuitton, posted a photo that gives us a glimpse of his creation from the back and sides. According to People, it's made from flower-embroidered tulle and silk Gazar, a type of silk usually used in bridal and evening dresses. And all that embroidery took a lot of time: Per the magazine, more than 10 embroiderers worked a combined total of 75 hours to embellish the dress's almost 46 feet of tulle with more than 650,000 stitches.

The same day, we had a second peek when the couple posted the first pics from their wedding. You can clearly see the gorgeous front of the dress in this photo of Turner and Jonas heading down the aisle after exchanging vows. People reports that each panel of her dress was embroidered with 50,400 crystal eclats and 50,400 white beads.

If you look back up at her veil, the amount of time spent on that is pretty stunning too: According to People, embroiderers worked for 48 hours on the highly detailed piece. The total time spent making her dress? More than 350 hours.

Turner looked beautiful on her wedding day, and the amount of detail in her dress is a thing of wonder. Although knock-off versions of celebrity wedding gowns tend to appear rather quickly after a high-profile wedding like this, it's definitely going to be a challenge for anyone to dupe Turner's intricately detailed dress.
