It’s already November and our current interests, in no particular order, staunchly remain (1) The Golden Bachelor, (2) The Golden Bachelor, (3) whether or not Taylor Swift will show up at the next Chiefs game, and (4) The Golden Bachelor.
Gerry Turner's televised love journey has turned out to be even more wholesome and kind-hearted than previously anticipated, and The Golden Bachelor has officially reached appointment TV status on Thursday nights at 8:00 p.m. ET on ABC. Or, more realistically, appointment status on Friday morning on Hulu when you’re “busy” “doing work” and definitely “on Slack.”

Btw, the final episode of The Golden Bachelor is expected to follow the Bachelor franchise’s usual format: Gerry will propose to his winner in a tropical location (more on that in a moment), give her his official final rose + an engagement ring (if he feels like proposing!), and then the couple will presumably be interviewed in a live “After the Final Rose” segment, where, if we’re lucky, we could possssssibly see a Golden Bachelorette being announced? Wishful thinking, but fingers crossed.
As for whomst Gerry Turner picks as his finalist, there are some spoilers coming at you below this very important GIF of Jesse Palmer, so opt out now if you want to stay surprised!
’Kay, so according to longtime Bachelor Nation spoiler sleuth Reality Steve, Gerry’s final three contestants are Faith Martin, Leslie Fhima, and Theresa Nist. Apparently, Faith is eliminated during Gerry’s hometown dates (they were filmed in mid-August to give you an idea of the timeline we’re working with here), and his final two contestants are Leslie and Theresa. But there are still no details on which of them won, so feel free to hit the poll:
FYI, Gerry filmed his final rose ceremony in Costa Rica—and if you’re wondering whether or not it was preceded by the infamous Bachelor Nation Fantasy Suite dates, the answer is yes. Kinda. Sorta. Maybe?
“I just think that a fantasy suite for someone of my age may look quite different,” Gerry somewhat cryptically explained to Entertainment Tonight, adding that “the activities could be quite different than for someone in their 20s and 30s.” He also said the fantasy suites “make my daughters a lot more nervous than me,” so stay tuned for that, I guess!
