Hi, hello, welcome to Delish. We write about cheese pulls pretty often here, but I regret to inform you I have found the cheese pulls to end all cheese pulls. And I found them at Pasta Lovers in New York City's Theater District.

Just about every dish that comes out of the kitchen is laden with mozzarella and/or parmesan. Take the baked ziti, for instance. Very large slices of mozz are placed upon a bed of already very cheesy pasta before broiling it. That means you l i t e r a l l y can't get to the ziti underneath without a massive bite of cheese.

Same goes for their chicken parm—the world's largest chicken cutlet is topped with marinara and more mozz, all of which leads to a little something like this:

And while that's all well and good, the fried mozzarella is really a sight to behold. The restaurant takes what some amateurs might know as mozzarella sticks and multiplies that by 10. They slice hunks of mozz into triangles the size of your hands and deep-fry them, all before stacking them up so that you can get right into all of them at once.

Oh, and you can't get right into them without stretching a luxurious amount of cheese across the entire table. Seriously. It's a really good time.

Find it all at Pasta Lovers in NYC.
