Even Pajama Haters Like Myself Will Adore This Ultra-Soft Bamboo Set

Every pajama set I've ever been gifted (or even purchased myself) has ended up in the back of a drawer. They've always felt like a second outfit, and when it comes time to hit the hay I usually prefer to wear an old band T-shirt or go completely naked. However, after much skepticism, I've officially been converted, thanks to a radically soft bamboo pajama set.

Cozy Earth's bamboo pajamas are shockingly buttery soft and better than any silk or satin PJs I've tried. The bamboo viscose has the same slippery, barely-there texture, but the fabric isn't too chilly, and it's far more breathable than anything I've curled up in bed with before. Plus, Oprah adores these, and that's all the co-sign I really need.

One of my usual issues with pajamas is the fact that they feel too restrictive, almost like clothing. That does not apply here. The material on these never feels constricting, and I've yet to wake up in a twisted, tangled mess. As one reviewer noted: "They look great, keep you cool from the dreaded night hot flashes, and move with you during the night. LOVE THEM!!!"

The other reason I've been partial to sleeping in oversized shirts or nothing at all is my hot-cold sleeping situation. Some nights, I sweat the equivalent of a marathon runner; other nights I can't stop shivering. I've spent both kinds of nights wrapped up in these pajamas on Cozy Earth's sheet set (I'll save my and Oprah's love for these sheets for a different day) with no issues at all, waking up dry and comfortable.

The moisture-wicking capabilities of the bamboo fabric are what help regulate body temperature. According to the brand, this set helps you sleep a whole two to three degrees cooler, but because you have something covering your body, you won't be freezing, either. "Soft, light, and soooo comfortable even in this Caribbean heat!" wrote one happy shopper.

They're also machine washable, which will forever be a win in my book. And while I no doubt will be wearing them as my every-night jammies, they're definitely suitable and comfy enough to be my sick day PJs as well. Even when I had the flu, they kept me as comfortable as you can be when you're sick, getting me through chills, a fever, and sleepless nights on the couch.

There's an array of neutral, classic colors to choose from, including a subtle pink and elegant black. It's hard to pick just one — but there's no shame in getting two pairs. They even have tall sizes with additional inches on the pant legs and arms. The band T-shirts have basically been banished to the back of my closet. If you, too, are a pajama non-believer, this pair will convince you otherwise. These aren't worth sleeping on (they're only worth sleeping in), and since they're currently on sale there's no better time to hurry up and treat yourself.
