EVE Online Board Game Reveals Crossover Ship Skins as Final Kickstarter Reward

EVE War for New Eden board game

EVE: War for New Eden is a 4X strategy board game based on the world of EVE: Online and its successful Kickstarter campaign now enters its final 24 hours. The campaign has already raised over $500,000 – roughly ten times the campaign's initial goal, and as the pot got bigger and bigger, so too did the stretch goals.

Alongside things you’d normally expect from a tabletop Kickstarter – new expansions, new minis, an oversized version of the game – the team at Titan Forge has announced that they passed the threshold to unlock the final reward: ship skins for the EVE: Online video game, marking the first bit of crossover between the tabletop and digital game.

Having collaborated with T’Amber, a prominent community designer, a poll is currently underway where fans can vote on which ships will be getting these brand-new skins, which will be included with every copy of the board game.
