Eva Mendes Gets an Abstract Makeover from Her Daughters

• Yesterday, Eva Mendes shared a selfie on Instagram featuring an abstract and colorful makeover, given at the hands of her two young daughters, whom she shares with husband Ryan Gosling.

• "They've won," she wrote in the caption.

• Her daughters, Esmeralda and Amanda Gosling, are five and four years old, respectively.

Keeping your kids entertained while quarantined at home is no small feat. At Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling's house, the actress found a creative way to keep her two daughters occupied.

On Instagram yesterday, the actress shared a selfie of herself after undergoing a colorful and abstract makeover at the hands of five-year-old Esmeralda and four-year-old Amanda. "They've won ❤️," Mendes wrote in the caption. (And although Gosling isn't featured in the flick, we're hoping he also joined in on the fun.)

Mendes and Gosling are reportedly very "hands-on" when it comes to raising their children and are one of the few celebrity couples who don't rely on the help of a professional nanny. In April, an insider at Us Weekly said, "They're hands-on parents and don't have any nannies. Being confined to their home with two small children is exhausting at times, especially without hired help."

Another source added that family is always a priority in the Mendes–Gosling household. "Eva has programmed her entire routine and career to ensure family comes first—then work fits in around it," the source said to the outlet. "Ryan is protective of Eva and a very doting dad."
