Eva Longoria Has Some Serious Abs In A Lacy Bra In This IG Photo 👀

  • Eva Longoria recently posted a photo on Instagram where she was posing on a staircase in a blazer and lacy black bra.

  • In one snap, the star showed off her mega-epic abs.

  • When it comes to her workouts, Eva likes to work out for an hour each day.


Eva Longoria is living it up in Spain with her family, and she made sure to bring her fashion A-game along for the trip. The 48-year-old just casually dropped pics on Instagram of herself working the coolest suit with a sexy twist.

The photos are kind of everything, by the way: They feature Eva hanging on a staircase and mirrors in a black and white suit, layered over a lacy bra that highlights her totally jacked abs. In one pic, she’s casually sprawled out and tousling her hair; in the next, her blazer is buttoned up and she’s adjusting her earrings.

“Life is never just black and white đŸ–€đŸ€,” she wrote in the caption. Almost immediately, people started to seriously freak out in the comments. “Perfection,” wrote one, while another said, “Ok, you got beautiful and sexy on lock! ♄♄.”

Eva looks next-level strong right now, and she’s made it clear that she works hard for that tone. In fact, she just dropped video in her IG Stories from the paddleball court. “Second day of paddle and I’m sore,” she said. “I’m a little hungover so I don’t know how today is going to go.” Cue several videos of Eva hitting the ball forehand and backhand like a pro while a coach cheers her on.

That’s not ~all~ Eva does for fitness, though. She previously told Women’s Health that she works out for an hour a day, and uses that time to focus on her mind and body. “I really work out for my mental health,” she said. During those workouts, Eva said that she lifts “very heavy weights.”

“I feel like my body changes the most when I do that,” she shared. “I wear a heart rate monitor, and I can see my heart rate spike from just doing a heavy bicep curl.”

Eva shared a behind-the-scenes peek at her workouts on Instagram in May and—whew—she’s not screwing around here. You can see Eva working through some intense moves like sled pushes, resistance band leg exercises, and squats, with a determined look on her face.

Oh! She’s all about trampoline workouts as well. Eva is a big fan of JumpSport, which is a mini trampoline that uses bungee cords. “Bouncing on this trampoline is low impact, so you get a sweaty workout without all the pounding on your knees,” she said.

On the food front, Eva shared that she follows an intermittent fasting diet, with an eating window from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Her go-tos include things like egg whites and avocado or refried beans on flour tortillas, along with steak, fish, or chicken with vegetables. For dinner, she’ll usually have protein and veggies or a hearty soup.
