Eva Longoria Is Selling Her Hollywood Mansion
If you need a swanky pad in which to do your best “Desperate Housewives” impersonation, actress and producer Eva Longoria is selling her three-story mansion in the Hollywood Hills for $3.795 million.
The 8,603-square-foot estate is in the Hollywood Dell neighborhood and has six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. Longoria, who is currently pregnant with her first child, purchased the home in 2006 for $3.6 million.
The home has five guest bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The large master bedroom has a fireplace and two walk-in closets connected to a tiled bathroom with a gas fireplace beside a jetted tub and steam shower. Judging by that total package, Longoria is clearly a woman after our own heart.
Downstairs, a combination living/dining room has another two fireplaces and opens up to a wrap-around balcony. In addition to a full kitchen, the home features an exercise room, a personal office, and (our personal favorite detail) a wine cellar.
A thick hedge surrounding the property shields the plunge pool, spa, and stone-tile courtyard from prying eyes on the street. A two-car garage with access into the house ensures further privacy. A terrace with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue area complete the backyard, which has views of the surrounding mountains.
The ground floor has a state-of-the-art screening room, and the family room boasts a wet bar. The listing for the home calls it an entertainers’ dream home that is ready for its next owner to move in immediately.
Longoria also owns a home above Laurel Canyon, which she purchased from Tom Cruise for $11.4 million in 2015, and then listed for $14 million in late 2017.
Her real estate portfolio also includes a mansion in Beverly Hills, a 1,500-square-foot residence in Malibu’s Zuma Beach, and an almost 3,500-square-foot residence in San Antonio, Texas. The star was born nearby in Corpus Christi, Texas.
