Eva Longoria Flashes Toned AF Abs In A Cut-Out Swimsuit In This IG Vid

• The celeb donned a cute, cut-out swimsuit that showed off a peek of her epically toned abs as she talked about her fave Casa Del Sol tequila line.

• When it comes to her workouts, Eva likes sticking to structured routines, and works out for about an hour every day.

In case you missed it, yesterday was National Tequila Day, and Eva Longoria made big plans to celebrate. The Flamin’ Hot director shared an Instagram video in honor of the holiday, and she brought her fashion A-game along with it.

“For me, every day is Tequila Day,” the 48-year-old star joked in the video, adding that it’s “never a bad time for a margarita.” Truer words have never been spoken… Eva used the opportunity to plug her Casa Del Sol tequila line and created a custom strawberry margarita while on video.

The video is hilarious, with Eva cracking jokes the whole time and goofing off with her friend. It’s kind of everything. Of course, she played bartender while dressed in a white cut-out swimsuit that showed off a peek of her super-toned abs. Here's the video in case you missed it:

Okay, but let's talk about how strong Eva is these days. If you're curious to know what she has been up to, I promise you're not alone. And here's the answer: She does a lot in the health and fitness department, actually.

The Desperate Housewives alum has made it clear that she’s big on working out. In fact, she just shared a pic of herself in full workout gear on a set of stairs, writing in the caption, “Habit is what keeps you going 💪🏽 Let’s goooo!”

Eva loves to dance, too. She just dropped video on her Instagram Stories of herself and a friend breaking it down on a table at an event, jokingly writing over top, “Another day, another table.”

But on normal days, Eva sticks to more structured workouts. She told Women’s Health that she exercises for an hour each day. “I really work out for my mental health,” she said, noting that she lifts “very heavy weights” during those workouts.

“I feel like my body changes the most when I do that,” she said. “I wear a heart rate monitor, and I can see my heart rate spike from just doing a heavy bicep curl.”

Eva has shared plenty of behind-the-scenes Instagram videos of those workouts, including one where she works her way through sled pushes and resistance band leg exercises like a boss.

She also loves a good trampoline workout (she likes JumpSport, which uses bungee cords). “Bouncing on this trampoline is low impact, so you get a sweaty workout without all the pounding on your knees,” she said.

Food-wise, Eva is big into cooking and she told WH that she follows an intermittent fasting diet with an eating window between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. She loves having egg whites and avocado or refried beans on flour tortillas, along with steak, fish, or chicken with vegetables. Dinner will usually be some kind of protein paired with veggies or a hearty soup.
