Eva Longoria is a fitness fashionista. She frequently shares selfies and videos of herself to Instagram crushing all her workouts while sporting the cutest gear. And we are obsessed with everything from her latest workout video she shared on Instagram.

In the post, the 46-year-old actress showed off her leg day workout routine and captioned it “first leg day of the year.”

She donned a blue monochromatic matching gym set, from the brand Noli Yoga which consisted of a blue spots bra, featuring thick double straps crisscrossed in the back and high-rise leggings designed to smooth and flatter the body.

In the post, Longoria is seen doing an intense leg workout. She moves between various sets of squats, lunges, leg lifts, and hip thrusts—all while incorporating different workout equipment like weights, resistance bands, and blocks.

Her workout and outfit became a hot topic of conversation among commenters.

“Love your motivation because I don’t see a trainer...you motivate me,” one person wrote. “I’m stealing this workout,” another added.

Longoria even responded to a comment by the Noli Yoga brand, writing, “love this set!! one of my favs!”

This isn’t the first time Longoria has shared her love for intense workouts. The star also enjoys shaking up her fitness routine, previously telling Us Weekly that she started doing some “very serious weight training,” like wide-grip lat pull-downs, spinal twists, and deadlifts, with her trainer Grant Roberts after her son Santiago was born.
