Whipped cream, chopped-up cilantro, a, uh... ROOF! Yes, folks, we're talking about toppings. you are just one step away from perfection and so often the difference between very good and that perfection is just throwing something on top. Chefs know this, building builders know this, and, darn-tootin', Ethan Hawke gets this. Hawke knew he'd already put something nice together: navy suit and a blue-checkered polo, but "nice" is not good enough. Did it give him that wowee-kablowey feeling (the one you get when you walk into a building with a roof!)? Probably not. But instead of starting over, he needed just one more element.
