Many of us would relish the chance to go on a retreat or a weekend at the spa. It's hard to believe someone would not want to go. In Hallmark Channel's latest Fall Into Love movie, Retreat to You, a lawyer reluctantly goes on a retreat complete with sunset hikes and goat yoga.

What is Retreat to You about?
Abby (Emilie Ullerup) is a pragmatic Los Angeles attorney who is brought, reluctantly, to a wellness retreat up North by her friend Rachel (Meghan Heffern). At the retreat, Abby runs into Sean (Peter Mooney), her one-time high-school best friend to whom she hasn’t spoken since he was a no-show on her 20 years ago.
Despite Rachel’s insistence that she hear Sean out, Abby is reluctant to drudge up high school drama. As Abby tries to make the best of her time there, with the help of forbidden junk food and goat yoga, sparks fly between Rachel and a handsome chef (Donald Heng). One afternoon, Abby and Sean become stranded from the group on a beautiful sunset hike and the ice begins to thaw and old feelings reignite. When Abby learns the reasons behind their long ago falling out, she opens her heart to the possibility that this man from her past just might be her future.

Emilie Ullerup (Abby)
Emilie Ullerup is best known to Hallmark viewers as Bree O'Brien on Chesapeake Shores. She has appeared in several Hallmark films including Winter Castle and Nature of Love.
Fun fact: Ullerup was a series regular on the Canadian series, Artic Air, which also starred When Calls the Heart's Pascale Hutton!

Peter Mooney (Sean)
Mooney was previously part of the main cast on such series as Rookie Blue, Saving Hope and Burden of Truth. He most recently starred in the Hallmark Channel movie, Fly Away with Me opposite Natalie Hall.
Fun fact: Mooney is married to The Good Witch's Sarah Power!
Meghan Heffren (Rachel)
Heffren has guest starred on such shows as Wynonna Earp, Designated Survivor and Reign. She has also appeared in the film Chloe, starring Liam Neeson and Julianne Moore.
Donald Heng (Chef Mason)
Donald Heng has had supporting roles in Hallmark films like Homecoming for the Holidays and Beverly Hills Wedding. He has also guest-starred or had recurring roles on The Flash, Virgin River, Family Law and Kung Fu.
