Epic Games Store Holiday Sale Offering $10 Off Coupons, Free Games and 95% Discounts

The Epic Games Store Holiday Sale has officially begun. It’s offering more than just steep discounts on this year’s hit titles. Purchasing eligible games will also get you a free $10 off coupon. Epic is giving away free games to all customers for the next 15 days.

Retailers everywhere are jumping on the holiday discount bandwagon this time of year – but this new promotion on the Epic Games Store seems to be a bit more generous than you’d expect and is broken up into three main parts. First up is the usual suite of deals, which sees over 1,300 available at a reduced price (some are discounted up to 95% MSRP).

Then there’s the $10 off coupon promotion. According to Epic, every full game over $14.99 will get a $10 off coupon applied at checkout. There’s no limit to how many games the coupon can apply to either, so you can load up on dozens of games in a single transaction and get $10 off on every item over $14.99.

The last big part of the EGS Holiday Sale is “15 Days of Free Games.” The promotion is exactly what it sounds like – every day until the end of the event, you can pick up a free game. You’ll need to act fast, however, as each game will only be free until the next one is listed. For example, Shenmue III kicked off the freebies on December 16th, but you only had until December 17th at 9:00 am to claim the title at no cost. Be sure to check back every day if you want to load up on all 15 free titles.

Epic will also be giving away some in-game items for titles such as Fortnite, Warframe and Rocket League. Log into these titles using the Epic Games Store launcher and you’ll automatically pick up a bunch of free cosmetics:
