With the release of the official Scream VI trailer came many things: excitement, appreciation, and, oh, a reminder to fans of why they should boycott the movie.
The previous films' leading lady, Neve Campbell, is notably missing from the upcoming sixth installment, after confirming in June that she'd no longer take part due to an unresolved pay discrepancy. As it stands, Courteney Cox’s Gale Weathers is the last standing character from the original cast, and let's just say, the internet feels the change.
In the Twitter-verse, people are not taking too kindly to the reminder of an almost all brand-new slate of actors, penning enraged notes of disapproval in response to the absentee.
