  • Emma Watson dropped an iconic photo on Instagram this weekend showing off her toned abs and legs in a cut-out swimsuit.

  • The actress recently learned how to surf, and is a certified yoga instructor.

  • Emma also used to do 30-minute sessions with trainer Emily Drew that focused on stretching and strength training.

Emma Watson just completely overhauled her Instagram account, so you know she’s got something to say. The 33-year-old actress dropped a bunch of new photos at the same time, including a shot of herself in the coolest one-piece.

There’s Emma posing on a beach in the long-sleeved suit, which is a total fashion statement, complete with cut-outs at the sides and embellishments to highlight her seriously toned abs. The high slits at the bottom of the suit also work to reveal her miles of sculpted legs. Emma posed for the shot while holding a surf board over her head one-handed—an impressive feat that shows just how strong she is right now.

Emma kept the caption simple, writing,“🏄♀️🌊,” and people totally bugged out in the comments. “Goddess of the new world order,” one person wrote. “100 point for Gryffindor,” another joked.

The shot is apparently part of a Prada Beauty campaign, although it’s not clear if the suit she’s wearing is from Prada or not. What is clear is that Emma is seriously strong these days. What’s she been up to?

Emma is notoriously private about her personal life, and she hasn’t shared a ton of details about her workout and health routines lately. However, Emma has dropped a few snippets here and there over the years.

For starters, she doesn’t just pose with a surfboard—Emma actually knows how to use it. She shared back in April that she recently learned how to surf, joking that she does it “badly.” Oh, and Emma has even revealed that she’s taken up horseback riding, a sport that’ll tone up your core, thighs, and booty quickly. Clearly, this star is all about getting outside for some fresh air when she's working out.

According to Delish, the Harry Potter alum used to do 30-minute sessions with trainer Emily Drew that focused on stretching and strength training. Also in the mix? Stability ball moves like oblique rolls and ball passes.

Emma is ~also~ a certified yoga instructor. She previously told Elle Australia that practicing yoga makes her “always feel safe and at home within myself.” Yoga is a great low-impact workout that helps build strength and flexibility, all while providing a little cardio boost.

On the food front, Emma shared on Instagram that she cooks for herself (although she accidentally cut off her thumb nail during one kitchen session). She also added, “I eat green things now.”

Enjoy those waves, Emma!
