Emma Stone’s Glamorous Suit Look Includes a Silky Robe Covered in Crystals

The classic suit look just got the glamorous Hollywood treatment, courtesy of Emma Stone.

The actor put an unlikely spin on the menswear-inspired ensemble to attend the 35th annual Palm Springs International Film Festival film awards yesterday evening. Her custom Louis Vuitton look included a silky white collared blouse with large crystal buttons, which she tucked into a pair of silky black pants that cut off at the ankles. Over the top, Stone wore the pièce de résistance of the outfit: a black and white robe with an abstract floral print and hundreds of tiny white crystals adorning the lapels and sleeves.

Stone further accessorized the ultrasophisticated suit look with a silky black ribbon that doubled as a sleek tie—albeit a casually undone one—plus simple black strappy sandals. She added even more shimmer with her jewelry: large white diamond earrings and two gold brooches embellished with small diamonds.

The La La Land Oscar winner wore a subtle black liner and a glossy berry lip; her red hair was styled in a neat bob, and she wore a deep rouge pedicure.

Stone was honored with the Desert Palm Achievement award at the award show last night, for her incredible performance in the Yorgos Lanthimos–directed film Poor Things, which she starred in and produced. Stone plays the lead, Bella Baxter, in the 2023 science-fantasy black comedy, which tells the tale of “a young woman brought back to life by the brilliant and unorthodox scientist, Dr. Godwin Baxter,” per IMDb.
