Emma Stone Says She Can't Imagine Life Without Ryan Gosling

If you've been following Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling throughout their careers, it comes as no surprise that the two actors love working together. But recently, Emma made it perfectly clear just how much Ryan means to her.

As noted by E! News, Emma opened up about Ryan's impact on her life during a Q&A session at the Telluride Film Festival in Colorado this weekend. At one point, she described him as "a dear, wonderful friend," noting that "I can't even imagine what my life would be without Ryan."

Emma, who first shared the screen with Ryan in 2011 when they starred in Crazy, Stupid Love, went on to explain why he's such a pleasure to act with. "He's so collaborative and excited about the process," she said of Ryan. "He's taught me a lot about being really generous."

To date, Emma and Ryan have done three films together (2013's Gangster Squad and 2016's Oscar-winning La La Land round out the list). Those who have worked with them have often commented on their intense on-screen chemistry, with directors Glenn Ficarra and John Requa putting it as "[they] get on like a house on fire."

And Emma isn't alone in her sentimental feelings; Ryan has expressed similar emotions about the Battle of the Sexes star. "Emma Stone is just, like, constantly opening Christmas presents," Ryan once told Entertainment Tonight. "There's nobody like her."
