It may have been one of the most short-lived listings among celebrity real estate transactions. Emma Stone’s Spanish Colonial Los Angeles house that was just listed 10 days ago has already found a buyer, according to the Wall Street Journal.

The negotiated price and buyer remain unknown; however, the home in Westwood, California, received multiple offers and saw over 100 people attend its open house, Eric Lavey, who represented the listing through Sotheby’s International Realty–Beverly Hills’s brokerage, told the Journal.

The 1926 Spanish Colonial—the Poor Things actor’s last known residence in Los Angeles—was originally listed for $3.995 million. The 3,000-square-foot estate has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, as well as a balcony, fireplace, and charming bathroom complete with a claw-foot tub, per the listing. The house’s grassy front yard has great views of the city strip.

The house also boasts charming features original to the estate, including beamed ceilings and a terra-cotta-tiled courtyard. But of course, the Cruella star certainly left her mark on the place, building a guest house (complete with its own living room, kitchen, bedroom suite, and laundry room), expanding the kitchen with double-height, vaulted ceilings, and punctuating it with color—from a shiny midcentury-style turquoise range in the kitchen to cheery lime green ceilings.

Stone also owns a house in Malibu, California; an apartment in Manhattan; and a home in Austin, Texas.
