Emma Roberts Is Reportedly Expecting Her First Child with Garrett Hedlund

Actors Emma Roberts, 29, and Garrett Hedlund, 35, are reportedly expecting their first child together, according to US Weekly.

The Scream Queens alum and the Tron: Legacy star were first linked in March 2019, shortly after Roberts and her longtime boyfriend Evan Peters called off their engagement. Previously, Hedlund dated Kirsten Dunst for four years.

At first, Roberts and Hedlund were reportedly “just having fun hanging out and hooking up,” neither party “in the right headspace to be in a serious relationship.”

Last May, Roberts opened up about the challenges of dating in the spotlight, telling Cosmopolitan “It’s hard enough to be with someone by yourself, let alone with an audience. Growing up is hard. Sometimes it makes me sad that I can’t have a private moment. Because of Twitter and Instagram, there’s a whole other element where everybody can comment on what you’re doing, and no one knows the real story. That’s hard. … I know what’s true, and I know what happened in my own life, and so do the people that love me and who I love.”

Roberts and Hedlund’s were most recently spotted grabbing groceries in L.A. back in March.
