Emily Ratajkowski has a new photoshoot coming up, and it promises to be really, really cool. After all, Em Rata just dropped behind-the-scenes photos (and a video!) on Instagram and they’re kind of, well, incredible.

In the pics, the 31-year-old can be seen naked and floating in a harness as she soars across a set. There’s EmRata whipping her hair back as she arches her back, being dropped down in the harness as she gently kicks her legs, and various shots of her hovering in the air. In all of that incredible content, it’s hard to miss the fact that Emily is super sculpted and strong all over. Her legs, arms, and booty are super toned and, ya know, it takes some serious core strength to hold yourself at an angle in a harness.

“I do my own stunts 😎,” she wrote in the caption. Naturally, her comments were flooded with fire emojis, along with this: “A woman that does it all, is there anything you can’t do?”

Emily didn’t get that strong simply from swinging in a harness all day. She previously shared with InStyle that she’s all about group fitness classes. “I'm one of those people who, if I go to the gym by myself, there's a 50/50 chance of me actually working out and really pushing myself,” she said “The class environment works really, really well for me.”

Emily actually does Strong by Zumba classes (she’s a spokesperson for the brand), and says the music helps keep her focused. “You just feel like you're, you know, Superwoman really pushing herself,” she says. “You end up working harder and it's a better, more intense workout, without even noticing.”

Emily ~also~ shared that exercise helps her sleep better. “When I work out, it's better than taking a melatonin,” she says. “Because my body has worked hard, my brain finally rests and I think that is so valuable in this day and age—not to sound like an old geezer, but truly I feel that way.”

Naturally, she eats well, too. Emily previously told Vogue that she likes to have coffee in the morning, with granola, yogurt, or toast. She also shared with Harper’s Bazaar that lunch is equally healthy—usually some kind of lean meat and greens. “If I'm on set, I'll have catering, but I'm well-behaved with that stuff,” she shared. “It's easy to go crazy.”

And, for dinner, Emily told Elle that she tries to eat in. “I cook a lot, so that really helps,” she said. “You know how much salt and sugar and all of that kind of stuff you are putting in your body.”
