Emily in Paris’s Lucas Bravo Just Gave a Major Hint About Emily and Camille’s Relationship Next Season

If you’re one of the many, many people who have watched Emily in Paris already, you probably have THOUGHTS about the end of the season. I mean, the show concluded with a major cliffhanger that set it up perfectly for a second season but left all of us with lots of questions. With Gabriel staying in Paris and Emily and Gabriel having just hooked up for the first time, what will happen to the two of them? And what about Camille? Thankfully, Lucas Bravo, who plays Gabriel in the show, has some theories.

During a recent interview with Cosmopolitan, he talked about the future for all three characters.

“We planted a few seeds about different characters. Like Camille, when she kisses Emily on the mouth, and she’s like, ‘Oh, I’m not sorry.’ And then when [Emily and Camille are] in bed, and I’m liking the picture, it’s all little seeds. Anything could happen between the three of them. I think Darren [Star, the show’s creator] wants this second season to be really open-minded. He wants to explore different things and make it realistic of what the world is now,” he said.

Wait, I’m sorry, that very much feels like a hint that Emily and Camille could hook up, right? That’s not that much of a leap? The ironic thing is that fans of the show were already begging for that exact thing.

Or if you wanna take it even further, fans also hoped the three of them would eventually end up in a throuple, which... yes.

So when he said, “Anything could happen between the three of them,” did he mean ANYTHING anything??? How open-minded is open-minded? Much to think about. In terms of who he thinks his character should end up with, here’s what Lucas had to say about that:

“The way we left things, Gabriel is definitely more excited or more intoxicated by the promise of going further down the road with Emily, that’s for sure,” he said. “But Camille is really strong-willed, she’s an amazing woman, and she could very well come back.”

If you need me, I’ll be imagining what an Emily-Camille-Gabriel throuple would look like for the foreseeable future.
