Emily Henderson Is Officially Writing Her Second Book And You Could Be Involved

Stylist Emily Henderson's first book, STYLED: Secrets for Arranging Rooms, from Tabletops to Bookshelves, became a New York Times bestseller. Recently, the home expert took to Instagram to announce that book number two is officially in the works-and she's giving her devoted fans a chance to be involved.

For the next six months, Emily and her team will be doing a photoshoot at 25 to 30 houses for the new book. They're looking for houses of all styles, especially those that have "tons of architectural charm and interest + good pieces to feature in the book." If that sounds like your home, you could have the chance for Emily and the EHD crew to come over and style your space for a shoot that will be featured in her new book.

Though there aren't many details on the upcoming book (yet), Emily said she came up with the idea while showering, feeling very frustrated about some renovations she was doing at home. She wished there was a book she could consult, and it dawned on her that she'd have to write it herself. The new book will be helpful for anyone that is interested in renovating, designing, decorating and upgrading their home, the stylist said.

Emily and her team are looking for homes "ideally within reach of L.A.", but they'd be willing to travel for a house that "really speaks" to them. If your home is chosen, you'll get all the photos from the shoot, and also be tagged once the book comes out.
