Emily Blunt Wore a Bedazzled Crop Top to an Awards Gala

Emily Blunt's latest look would make Mary Poppins blush.

Accompanied by her Office alum husband, John Krasinski, Blunt arrived at the Governor's Awards on Sunday in a dazzling sequined Dundas two-piece with beaded embellishments lining its floor-length skirt and long-sleeved, midriff-baring top.

The Mary Poppins star wore her shoulder-grazing blonde locks in an ornate bun at the nape of her neck.

Considering the event was sponsored by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, the parallels between the 35-year-old’s (dare we say statuesque?) ensemble and the Academy’s highest honor (aka the Oscar) were undeniable.

Krasinski, for his part, looked dapper by his leading lady’s side in a classic black tuxedo.

Following the success of Krasinski and Blunt’s spring blockbuster A Quiet Place, the former is working on a screenplay for the 2020-slated sequel. There’s no word yet on whether the parents of two will reprise their roles in the upcoming installment, but fingers crossed we get to see them work together again soon!
