Emily Blunt and John Krasinski Looked So in Love During the 'A Quiet Place Part II' Premiere
Emily Blunt and John Krasinski had a rare public date night in celebration of their latest film, A Quiet Place Part II. The couple attended the New York City premiere of the movie, posing alongside each other on the red carpet. Blunt looked spectacular in an Alexander McQueen dress with a leather belt. Krasinski contrasted her in a turquoise suit by Dolce & Gabbana with a black tie. The two were affectionate on the red carpet, smiling at each other and showing a little PDA in front of the cameras:
Krasinski had absolutely glowing things to say about his wife—and the star of A Quiet Place Part II, which he directed and wrote—during his red carpet interview with Entertainment Tonight. "She is without a doubt the most tremendous actress of our time in my opinion," he said.
"She is the most incredible partner in writing and directing and set designs. She just has such good ideas," he added. "So I actually felt like I had my partner in all things on set, not just the best actress in the world. Anything I can think of, she makes 10 times better so that's a pretty good weapon to have on set."
Krasinski also spoke about his decision to create a sequel to A Quiet Place. He had been reluctant at first, he told ET. "I did not even want to do a sequel unless it was as organic and personal as the first one," Krasinski said. "This one feels as much, if not more so."
